The calibrator is designed to sort nuts by size from small to large for further high-quality and cost-effective processing of nuts on industrial nutcrackers that require preliminary calibration of the nut.
On the calibrator, the gaps between the shafts can be adjusted independently, depending on the size of the nut, it is possible to adjust for any type of nut - walnut, hazelnuts, almonds, etc.

The vibrating sieve is designed for sorting walnut kernels into fractions (sizes) - halves, quarters, eighths of the kernel and crumbs. The vibrating sieve is used for high-quality and quick sorting of walnuts in large volumes.

The aspiration column is designed for sorting and screening out shells, partitions, dust and debris from the walnut kernel. The aspirator is also equipped with a regulator that controls the air flow, which makes it easy to adjust the blowing for grains, seeds, legumes.
