Payment
Payment terms depend on the selected equipment and the recipient country. Payment is made in one of the following ways:
- Payment upon receipt (only in Ukraine for goods costing from 200 UAH).
When sending goods by cash on delivery, the post office charges a fee for sending money. The commission is 2% of the order amount + 25 hryvnia.
Sending the goods is carried out after prepayment in the amount of the shipping cost in two directions (if the parcel is not picked up through the fault of the buyer, it is not returned, but goes to cover the delivery costs). The prepayment amount is deducted from the cash on delivery amount.

- International mail (for household equipment)
Dispatch once a week. Delivery time is 7-20 business days

! The cost of the equipment indicated on the site does not include the cost of delivery, additional commissions of postal operators, taxes and duties.
! Depending on the value of the goods and the country of receipt, you may pay customs duties and import tax. The amount of taxes depends on the laws of your country. Import rules, limits and taxes, additional information on delivery and customs clearance, you can check with the customs broker or the customs service of your country.
! International shipments are unpredictable and delays are possible at customs. For international orders, once the package has left Ukraine, it becomes the subject of your local post office.
