The main directions of the nut business in Ukraine are the purchase/sale of nuts and the processing of nuts into kernels. After the formation of large batches of nuts, most of the nuts are exported in an unchanged form to EU countries, Great Britain, Turkey, and other countries.

The production of a higher value-added product is the processing of the kernel of the nut into oil, milk, sweet or salty snacks, and other possible products. The finished end product can also be sold under its brand and delivered to catering establishments. For example, nut oil can be purchased by health food establishments, milk from coffee house, sweet snacks are suitable for tea, and salty ones are suitable as an appetizer for the table.
If you look at the store shelves, you can see a fairly large assortment of nuts and products with them. Ukraine is among the TOP 10 world exporters of walnuts, but it consumes most types of nuts that are grown abroad.
