A vibrating sieve with aspiration is designed for screening out shells, partitions and dust from the nut kernel and sorting the kernel into fractions (sizes) - 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, crumbs and undershot. Vibrating sieve with aspiration is used for high-quality and fast sorting of nuts in large volumes. The installation is used in industrial production and processing shops.
Benefits of vibrating sieve with aspiration:
- Saves time and reduces the manual cleaning and sorting process by up to 80% (depending on the quality of the nut).
- Optimum performance of the plant allows continuous operation with any nutcracker.
- Existence of vibrofeed provides constant giving of a nut from the bunker without manual intervention.
- Replaces two separate units - simultaneously sorts the kernel by size and removes shells, partitions and debris.
- Sorting by fractions increases the cost of the nut kernel on the market.
- Automatic walnut sorting reduces labor costs.
Principle of operation: the walnut is poured into the bunker, then, with the help of vibrofeed, it is fed to sieves with holes of different sizes. In the process of vibration, the nut falls into the holes corresponding to its size, foreign small particles and the shell are blown into a separate compartment by air flow.
The vibrating sieve can be additionally equipped with:
- Frequency converter (allows you to control the speed of feeding nuts from the hopper)
- Sieves with holes for other crops (hazelnuts, peas, beans, sunflower seeds, pumpkins, snails, etc.).

! Declared characteristics may differ when using low-quality raw materials.
* Low-quality raw materials mean:
- walnut affected by disease, mold or rot;
- a nut with a thick shell and partitions that have grown into the kernel;
- overdried walnut (the kernel crumbles during processing);
- wet elastic walnut, which, after splitting, retains its integrity and will not do without manual cleaning.
