The Optima 1 electric nutcracker is a small-sized roller-type equipment for splitting walnuts at home or in a small workshop. With flexible settings, the nutcracker can quickly adapt to the cracking of walnuts, hazelnuts and almonds.
The Optima 1 electric nutcracker is used wherever it is necessary to crack large batches of nuts as quickly as possible.
Advantages of the Optima 1 electric nutcracker:
- Power - it is equipped with a 180 W motor.
- Versatility - stabs a nut of any caliber from 0.5 cm to 5 cm.
- Fast adaptability - can be adjusted to the size of the nut on the fly.
- Simplicity of work - the principle of the mechanism allows you to quickly learn how to work with it.
- One person is enough to serve the nutcracker.
- Requires minimal involvement of the human factor.
A nut dispenser is supplied with the nutcracker, which regulates its supply to the cracking mechanism, as well as a walnut cracking kit.
The principle of operation of the nutcracker is very simple: the equipment must be adjusted to the size of the nut, start the engine and fill the nut. The nut shell cracks when the shaft rotates with gaps that capture the nut and press it against the metal curtain inside the mechanism. When the shaft turns, the nut is cracked and sent to the unloading container. The gaps on the nutcracker shaft are machined in such a way as to gently peel the shell and not touch the kernel.
To increase productivity and reduce the likelihood of getting undershot or overshooting at the output, it is recommended to sort the nut by size before cracking.

! Declared characteristics may differ when using low-quality raw materials.
* Low-quality raw materials mean:
- walnut affected by disease, mold or rot;
- a nut with a thick shell and partitions that have grown into the kernel;
- overdried nut (the kernel crumbles during processing);
- wet elastic walnut, which, after splitting, retains its integrity and will not do without manual cleaning.
